What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 14-day health guarantee. If your tree arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us with photos within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.

How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent trees from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend.

Do you provide care instructions with the tree?

Yes, every SuperBonsai comes with a species-specific care guide covering watering, sunlight requirements, and pruning tips to help your tree thrive.
